Meet your practitioner, Nicole

My name is Nicole White and I help you calm the mind and body using relaxing visualisation processes.

I've spent the last 10+ years studying the mind-body connection to understand why people do what they do, how the body repairs, and the impact of environmental/social factors.

In 2023 I received my Diploma in Trauma Informed Hypnotic Sciences (Clinical Hypnotherapy), a Certificate in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and a Certificate in Psychotherapy.

I chose this avenue because of the ability to elicit a state of calm by using a combination of body relaxation and hypnosis processes, with the added benefit of addressing limiting perceptions.

Using this education, and inspired by the work of Dr Bessel Van Der Kolk, Dr Gabor Maté, Caroline Myss Ph.D, Dr Ainslie Meares, and Dr Joe Dispensa — as well as my own life experiences navigating anxiety — the function of this work is simple: to help individuals slow their brainwaves, attune to body sensations and receive restoration.
